Job Responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Track all legal deadlines accurately
• Document Handling: Prepare, file, and e-file court documents
• Template Creation: Develop templates and tables for pleadings and briefs
• Formatting: Ensure court-compliant document formatting
• Support: Assist partners with emails, calls, scheduling, organization, and meetings
• Bookkeeping: Data entry, invoice processing, and error review
• File Organization: Organize files, scan, fax, mail, and run errands
• Trial Prep: Prepare conference rooms, order meals, and support trial activities

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff labor and employment law
• Native or professional proficiency in Spanish (majority of caseload involves Spanish-speaking clients) 🗣️
