Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct engaging orientation sessions to introduce company culture, safety protocols, and role expectations, setting new hires up for success from Day 1 and beyond.
• Facilitate training for certified roles, cross-training, and re-training as needed to support compliance, quality assurance, and operational flexibility.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, and process guides that reflect current workflows; keep training areas organized and audit-ready.
• Provide real-time coaching by observing associates on the floor, correcting errors, and reinforcing standard work techniques.
• Create updated training materials whenever processes change or new procedures are implemented.
• Maintain accurate documentation of training activities and monitor key metrics such as completion rates, certifications, and audit outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering teams to improve workflows, translate changes into training, and promote adoption.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by collaborating effectively across all levels within the Fulfillment Center.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree in training & development or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years in fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing environments
• 1+ years in training, onboarding, or coaching roles
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; confident in leading sessions and providing real-time feedback
• Ability to coach and reinforce standard work procedures effectively
• Comfortable working on the warehouse floor and working alongside supervisors to address training gaps
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Lean/CI principles, or SOP development (strongly preferred)
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on business demands

Compensation

• $25 - $30 per hour based on experience and qualifications
• Quarterly bonus opportunity of up to $900
