The Opportunity: Lead Research Analyst 🎯

We are seeking an entry-level Lead Research Analyst with a background or professional experience in threat finance to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates who can work independently under pressure and communicate complex information clearly and impartially to clients. It offers an excellent platform to collaborate with a diverse group of open-source analysts.

Responsibilities 📋

• Conduct in-depth investigative research on Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), financial risks, and regulatory compliance issues specific to Israel.
• Analyze various data sources in local languages to generate daily structured reports and updates.
• Maintain expertise on regional developments by monitoring news and assessing long-term risks to clients.
• Expand the analyst team's coverage through continuous research, reading, and participation in relevant events.

Essential Qualifications 🌟

• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, security studies, history, foreign languages, or related fields. Outstanding recent graduates or those with relevant experience will be considered.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in Hebrew is required.
• Strong attention to detail, research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of political risk in Israel.
• Relevant experience from internships, research assistantships, or independent projects demonstrating qualitative and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits 💼

The anticipated base salary ranges from $59,700 to $99,700, depending on location and experience. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for:
