Overview
We are seeking a Cantonese-speaking Lead Generation Executive to support our expanding sales efforts. This remote (WFH) position focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development within a structured sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- 🔎 Research and identify potential leads via online platforms, databases, and social media
- 📞 Conduct outbound outreach through email, calls, and messaging
- ✔️ Qualify leads based on set criteria before passing to sales teams
- 🗃️ Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- 🤝 Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance outreach performance
- 📊 Track and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign results
Requirements
- 🗣️ Fluent in Cantonese
- 🕑 Minimum 1 year experience in sales development, lead generation, SaaS, or tech sales support
- 💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 🛠️ Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools
- 🎯 Comfortable with outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and messaging
