About the Role
We are seeking a Cantonese-speaking Lead Generation Executive to support our fast-growing sales and marketing team. You will work remotely, focusing on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development within a structured sales environment.
Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Research and identify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and social media
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, and messaging
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and pass them to the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Track and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign outcomes
Requirements ✅
- Fluent in Cantonese
- At least 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, SaaS, or tech sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools
- Comfortable with outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and messaging
