📝 Job Overview

We are seeking a Cantonese-speaking Lead Generation Executive to assist in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development within a structured sales framework. This position is based remotely (WFH) and aligns with Hong Kong business hours.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and social media
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone calls, and messaging channels
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies
  • Monitor and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign performance

🧳 Requirements

  • Fluent in Cantonese
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, SaaS, or tech sales support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools
  • Comfortable with outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and messaging
