📝 Job Overview
We are seeking a Cantonese-speaking Lead Generation Executive to assist in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development within a structured sales framework. This position is based remotely (WFH) and aligns with Hong Kong business hours.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and social media
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone calls, and messaging channels
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs
- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies
- Monitor and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign performance
🧳 Requirements
- Fluent in Cantonese
- At least 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, SaaS, or tech sales support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools
- Comfortable with outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and messaging
