🔑 Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Research and identify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and social media
- 📧 Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, and messaging
- ✅ Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team
- 🗃️ Maintain accurate CRM records and track activities diligently
- 🤝 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies
- 📊 Monitor and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign performance
🎯 Requirements
- 🗣️ Fluent in Cantonese
- 💼 Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, SaaS, or tech sales support
- 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 💻 Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools
- 📞 Comfortable with outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and messaging
