We are hiring a Cantonese-speaking Lead Generation Executive dedicated to outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development in a fast-growing company focused on SaaS and technology sales.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Research and identify potential leads via online platforms, databases, and social media
- ✉️ Conduct outbound outreach through email, calls, and messaging
- ✅ Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team
- 🗃️ Maintain accurate CRM records and track activities diligently
- 🤝 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies
- 📊 Track and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign performance
📝 Requirements
- 🉐 Fluent in Cantonese
- 📅 Minimum 1 year experience in sales development, lead generation, SaaS, or tech sales support
- 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 💻 Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools
- 🚀 Comfortable with outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and messaging
