We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Executive who is fluent in Cantonese to support our expanding organization within the IT/SaaS sector. This remote (work-from-home) opportunity allows you to play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients to fuel our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities 🔑
- Research & Identify: Find potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media channels.
- Outbound Outreach: Reach out via email, phone calls, and social media to engage prospects.
- Product Introduction: Present our products/services compellingly to prospects.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria, then pass them to the sales team.
- Record Management: Keep accurate activity records within CRM systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics and campaign success.
Requirements ✅
- Minimum of 1 year experience in lead generation, sales development, or telesales (preferably in SaaS or IT environment)
- Fluent in Cantonese (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and lead generation tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
