Key Responsibilities 🔑

  • Research & Identify: Find potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media channels.
  • Outbound Outreach: Reach out via email, phone calls, and social media to engage prospects.
  • Product Introduction: Present our products/services compellingly to prospects.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria, then pass them to the sales team.
  • Record Management: Keep accurate activity records within CRM systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics and campaign success.

Requirements ✅

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in lead generation, sales development, or telesales (preferably in SaaS or IT environment)
  • Fluent in Cantonese (essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and lead generation tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
