The firm presently has an immediate full time opening in its Sacramento office for a file clerk. This position will provide support to the receptionist along with ensuring that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and promptly.

The ideal candidate will be working full-time from our Sacramento office, Monday Friday.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Chinese is required
• 1-year minimum office experience is required
• Strong orientation for quality customer service delivery, and pleasant attitude on the phone
• Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
• The applicant must have the ability to communicate with clients professionally, work both independently and as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service

Job Role

• Update appointment calendars as needed
• Work well under deadlines, handle confidential information with professionalism, and display strong interpersonal skills.
• Assist paralegals and attorneys with data entry
• Handle High Volume of calls and walk-ins
• Create various forms for effective correspondence, and perform data entry and general administrative tasks, such as scanning and filing of documents.
• Other administrative duties as assigned by the Managing Attorney or Office Manager
