The Role: Bilingual Language Partner (Spanish-English) 🇪🇸🤝

A Language Partner supports new business acquisition by collaborating with Territory Account Executives on opportunities requiring Spanish language support. You will deliver tailored experiences to customers in markets where language barriers exist and help convert referred demand into new customers through close teamwork with AEs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with SMB Account Executives on opportunities needing language-specific support
  • Join live discovery calls and product demos in the customer's preferred language
  • Assist in deal progression by ensuring clear communication and next steps
  • Review and support quotes and contracts in Spanish
  • Facilitate a smooth transition to onboarding when required
  • Collaborate across teams including Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Use your Spanish skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
  • Use your English skills primarily for internal communication within Toast
  • Participate throughout the application and interview process conducted primarily in English
  • Note: Toast will not sponsor work visas for this position

What You'll Need to Thrive 🌟

  • Fluency in both oral and written English and Spanish
  • Prior sales experience (preferred)
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on feedback and growth

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience in restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM for sales tracking
  • Sandler Sales Training experience

Compensation & Benefits 💼

Our total rewards package includes competitive pay, benefits, and equity options (if eligible). The estimated Total Targeted Cash range for this role is $104,000—$166,000 USD, which includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses, with uncapped commission potential.
