🌍 Project Overview

We are seeking independent Language Alignment & Resource Partners (LARPs) to deliver native-level Italian vetting and quality assurance for a specialized AI data initiative. As AI systems evolve to mirror authentic human communication, their success hinges on thorough linguistic and cultural validation.

The aim is to meticulously evaluate, annotate, and validate data to produce outputs that are:

• Natural and polished
• Free from bias
• Culturally accurate

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Data Annotation & Review: Review, annotate, and test AI-produced content for grammatical correctness, natural flow, and cultural appropriateness.
• Quality Assurance & Vetting: Serve as a primary quality checkpoint during production, proactively identifying and correcting subtle cultural or linguistic issues.
• Resource Generation: Analyze quality trends and develop educational materials and feedback documentation to improve alignment between AI outputs and campaign standards.
• Production & Support: Offer native-level language vetting during project scaling phases and provide ongoing linguistic consultation.

🎯 Required Expertise

• Experience or training in linguistics, education, or related fields emphasizing linguistic precision.
• Proven background in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Verified Italian language proficiency at the C1 or C2 level.
• Ability to convert feedback and quality insights into structured educational tools.
• Strong attention to linguistic detail, with the skill to spot and correct subtle unnatural phrasing.

💰 Service Fees

Compensation ranges from $6 to $65 per hour, with the final rate contingent upon your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Please note that final offers may differ from listed ranges.

As a contractor, you are required to provide a secure computer and high-speed internet connection. Company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO are not included.
