📋 Project Overview

We are seeking independent Language Alignment & Resource Partners (LARPs) to provide native-level Italian language vetting and quality assurance for a specialized AI data project. As AI systems aim to emulate real-world human communication, their success hinges on thorough linguistic and cultural accuracy. This project involves evaluating, annotating, and validating data to produce outputs that are natural, polished, and unbiased.

🔹 Operate autonomously to deliver linguistic QA and develop alignment resources.
🔹 Expected deliverables include:

• Data Annotation & Review: Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical correctness, naturalness, and cultural appropriateness.
• Quality Assurance & Vetting: Perform primary quality checks during production to identify and correct cultural errors or awkward phrasing.
• Resource Generation: Analyze quality trends and develop educational resources and feedback documentation to enhance AI alignment with campaign expectations.
• Production & Vetting Support: Provide native-level language vetting during project scaling and offer linguistic consultation throughout production.

📝 Required Expertise

To successfully contribute to this project, candidates should possess:

• A keen eye for linguistic and cultural nuances
• Experience or education in linguistics, education, or similar fields requiring detailed language expertise
• Hands-on experience working with human data evaluation or annotation
• Verified Italian language proficiency at C1 or C2 level
• Capability to translate raw feedback and quality insights into structured, actionable educational materials
• Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct subtle unnatural phrasing in Italian

💰 Service Fees

Our compensation ranges from $6 to $65 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on your experience, expertise, and location. Please note that offers may vary from the listed range.

As a contractor, you will provide a secure computer and high-speed internet access. Note that company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO are not included.
