Position Details

• Location: Remote
• Start Date: Rolling start dates from January 2026
• Schedule: FFS 1099 position, hours from 8am to 3am ET, 7 days a week
• Commitment: Minimum of 8 hours per week, with flexibility based on student volumes. Summer hours are available but not required.

Who We're Looking For

We seek independently licensed Korean-speaking 1099 therapists licensed in any state, to provide virtual therapy to college students nationwide. This fully remote position offers an opportunity to serve a diverse student population committed to accessible, affordable mental health care.

Work Weeks and Hours

• At least 8 hours per week during the academic year
• Flexibility to adjust based on student volume

Compensation

• $67 per follow-up session (45-minute)
• $30 for all no-show appointments
• $60 per hour for attending monthly therapy training and team meetings

Your Role as a Mantra Licensed Therapist

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based virtual therapy using methods like MI, CBT, ACT, DBT, etc.
• Use our collaboration portal to connect with students and support their needs
• Coordinate with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers to ensure cohesive care
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical records to ensure care continuity
• Partner with administrative teams to support outreach and resource provision
• Collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios for optimal outcomes
• Develop expertise in our care model to support students and enhance your therapeutic skills

Who You Are

• Hold active clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in any state; multi-state licensure is a plus
• Willing to obtain additional state licenses (with support from Mantra)
• Proficient in conducting biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Capable of combining insights into personalized treatment plans
• Respectful and understanding of diverse student backgrounds
• Skilled in managing escalating risks effectively
• Own a reliable device with a quality webcam and stable internet for virtual therapy
