This Opportunity
We are supporting large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects, seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, install, and commission electrical systems for complex construction environments. You will ensure seamless integration of power distribution, control systems, and automation equipment across project sites. This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing designs from a high-powered workstation directly to active construction sites, blending focused design work with hands-on field visits. No two weeks will look the same! 🎯
What You'll Do
- System Design: Develop single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, panel schedules, and load calculations for industrial and commercial facilities.
- Power Distribution: Design and oversee installation of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, and distribution panels in compliance with NEC and IEC standards.
- Control & Automation: Program and configure PLCs, motor control centers (MCCs), and VFDs; integrate with SCADA systems for remote monitoring and control.
- Field Installation & Commissioning: Supervise electrical contractors during cable pulling, terminations, grounding, and startup; conduct acceptance testing and verification.
- Protection & Coordination: Perform arc flash analysis, fault current calculations, and relay coordination studies to ensure safety and reliability.
- Project Collaboration: Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and I&C teams to resolve design conflicts, review submittals, and align electrical scope with project goals.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve faults, insulation failures, grounding issues, and control logic errors in the field.
- Documentation: Produce and maintain as-built drawings, equipment data sheets, inspection reports, and O&M manuals.

Requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 1–5 years of electrical engineering experience
- Knowledge of NEC, IEC standards, and NFPA 70E
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar software
- Familiarity with PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and SCADA systems
- Preferred Certifications: EIT (Engineer-in-Training) is a major plus
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Korean highly preferred
