We are seeking dependable and experienced interpreters fluent in English and Korean to provide critical language support during peak times, special projects, or to cover absences. This on-site and remote role takes place in schools throughout various NYC districts, offering a unique opportunity to work flexibly while making a difference.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Attend in-person and remote meetings between parents, students, and school staff to facilitate clear communication in English and Korean.
• Assist with translating idioms, slang, and concepts that may not have direct equivalents across languages.
• Connect remotely via platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
• Travel to school sites as needed within NYC districts.
• Follow policies and procedures established by the agency.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in English and Korean.
• Experience interpreting and translating in both languages.
• Ability to work on-site and remotely with a strong Wi-Fi connection and appropriate equipment.
• Flexibility to accept assignments from Monday through Friday.
• Experience with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
• At least three years of professional language service experience (preferred).
