About the Role
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will serve as the friendly voice of our organization, responsible for providing exceptional support to our Medicare Advantage members. Located full-time onsite in Northwest Houston, TX, this role is essential in turning moments of concern into reassurance, fostering trust, and ensuring excellent member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from Medicare Advantage members with accurate, warm, and timely assistance.
- Navigate complex issues related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services, advocating for members' needs while collaborating internally for comprehensive resolutions.
- Embody a customer-first mindset by actively listening, de-escalating concerns, and providing personalized, compassionate support.
- Utilize internal systems confidently to access member information, always maintaining a focus on genuine human connection.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting interactions and sharing feedback to enhance processes and member experiences.
- Ensure compliance by adhering to operational procedures and regulatory requirements to safeguard member information.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour. Eligibility for certain benefits depends on job classification and length of employment, and benefits are subject to change.
