We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Project Specialist fluent in Korean and English, with experience in project management within the manufacturing industry. This role involves coordinating projects, communicating with clients and teams, and ensuring timely delivery of industrial equipment projects.

📝 Responsibilities of Korean-English Bilingual Project Specialist - PMP Plus:

• 🔧 Coordinate ongoing projects to meet deadlines in a timely manner
• 📝 Assist in preparing proposals, coordinate material ordering, and communicate with engineers and technicians involved in assigned projects
• 💬 Communicate with clients regarding project updates, layout, progress, and share information with relevant departments such as design, shipping & receiving, pricing, and scheduling
• 🤝 Provide excellent customer service to clients and creatively resolve issues
• 🔍 Show keen attention to detail
• 🚩 Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements for Korean-English Bilingual Project Specialist - PMP Plus:

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• 🛠️ 1-3 years of industrial project management experience in the manufacturing industry
• ✅ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly advantageous
• 📐 Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus
• 💻 Strong MS Excel skills required; SAP ERP experience is a plus
• 🗣️ Proficiency in Korean and English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing) at business level
• 💬 Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills, and time management skills are essential
• 🚗 Valid driver’s license required; able to travel up to 25%
• 🌐 Flexibility and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• 🛠️ Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 pounds or more with assist), climbing stairs, and using hands for handling parts and equipment. Vision capabilities required include close, distance, color, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
