🎯 Responsibilities of the Korean-English Bilingual Project Specialist - PMP Plus

• 🔧 Coordinate ongoing projects to ensure timely completion and meet deadlines
• 📄 Assist in proposal preparations, coordinate material orders, and communicate with engineers and technicians involved in projects
• 💬 Communicate with clients regarding project updates, layout, progress, and relay information to relevant departments—design changes, shipping & receiving, pricing, schedules, etc.
• 🤝 Provide excellent customer service and creatively resolve issues
• 🔍 Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
• 🛠 Perform all other duties as assigned to support project success

🎓 Requirements for the Korean-English Bilingual Project Specialist - PMP Plus

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• 📅 1-3 years of industrial project management experience in the manufacturing industry
• 📝 PMP certification is a significant plus
• 🔧 Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is desirable
• 💡 Strong MS Excel skills are essential; SAP ERP experience is a plus
• 🌐 Business-level proficiency in Korean and English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)
• 🗣️ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills, and time management abilities are required
• 🚗 Valid driver’s license is necessary
• ✈️ Ability to travel up to 25%
• 🌍 Flexibility and adaptability to work in a multicultural environment

• Physical requirements include:
