🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) Production: Manage schedules, staffing, and production targets.
• Operate & Maintain SMT Equipment: Program, troubleshoot, upgrade machinery.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet company standards.
• Workplace Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Budget & Cost Analysis: Prepare for budget meetings and analyze production costs & inventory for improvements.
• Adhere to Policies & Regulations: Ensure compliance with rules and complete regulatory documentation.
• Process Optimization: Examine and design efficient resource utilization and process improvements.
• Quality & Facility Improvements: Lead/support plans to enhance quality systems and facility structures.
• Waste Management: Plan and implement waste elimination strategies like plant layout and labor utilization.
• Team Development & Communication: Build professional relationships for effective teamwork.
• Safety Standards: Follow OSHA and other safety protocols for optimal operations.
• Extra Duties: Perform any other assigned tasks.

🎯 Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in SMT operations, with 3-5 years in supervisory or managerial roles in manufacturing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Language Skills: Business-level proficiency in Korean and English (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Personal Traits: Team-oriented, detail-focused, responsible, punctual, self-motivated.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and use visual and manual dexterity tools.
