🔹 Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated professional with a positive, team-oriented mindset and at least 3 years of experience in sales operations and leadership. If you are bilingual in Korean and English, and passionate about business development, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

🔹 Responsibilities Includes:

• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers within your assigned sales territory.
• Manage existing accounts and acquire new business from clients.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Create price quotations and negotiate pricing and costs with customers; act as the main contact regarding quality issues, project status, etc.
• Stay informed on market trends and prepare sales and cost forecast reports.
• Achieve sales goals and revenue targets with minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

🔹 Requirements Includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred).
• Fluent in Korean and English — able to speak, read, and write in Korean at a business level.
• 3-5 years of account management and business development experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience working with OEM / Big 3 automotive customers is a significant advantage.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities; capable of handling multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Physical requirements may include sitting, standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 pounds or more with assist), climbing stairs, handling parts, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, talking, hearing, and vision tasks (close, distance, color, depth, peripheral).
