About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Korean Content Editor to produce useful, interesting, and high-quality content for language learners. You will work closely with a native Korean speaker to develop comprehensive learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with native Korean speakers: Assist in creating language learning content, focusing on English text while the Korean counterpart manages Korean text.
• Create Korean learning content: Curate Korean language videos, annotate words with definitions and example sentences, and develop vocabulary flashcard sets and comprehensive learning courses.
• Adapt to new software platforms: Learn and utilize various tools for communication and task management, including Asana and Slack (experience with these is a plus).
• Work cooperatively: Collaborate effectively with other team members to enhance our language learning services.

Job Requirements

• Passionate about language education: Believes in the transformative power of learning languages and wants to inspire others.
• Proficiency in Korean and English: Solid understanding of grammar, structure, and language nuances in both languages.
• Experience: At least 1 year in Korean education, translation, or linguistic fields, with insight into the Korean learner’s perspective and challenges.
