Job Summary 📋

The Operations Coordinator supports daily logistics and order fulfillment activities, acting as a key contact for customers. This role involves processing B2B and B2C orders, coordinating with warehouses and 3PL partners, maintaining accurate data in ERP/WMS systems, and assisting with inventory, documentation, and billing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, eager to learn logistics operations, and possesses strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Korean language skills are required.

Typical Day 🌅

The day begins at 8:00 a.m., with reviewing incoming orders, checking inventory levels, and coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping. Throughout the day, you'll update order info in ERP/WMS, monitor shipments, and respond to customer inquiries via email or phone. You'll work with internal teams to resolve order or inventory issues, assist with shipping documentation, and support billing activities. The day ends around 5:00 p.m., with tracking data, flagging discrepancies, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

Operations & Logistics 🚚

  • Process B2C orders, including pick & pack, label creation, and tracking updates
  • Support inbound and outbound logistics coordination with warehouse teams
  • Ensure data accuracy in WMS/ERP systems and report discrepancies
  • Understand basic 3PL operations (receiving, storage, returns, parcel, and pallet handling)
  • Assist in resolving logistics or carrier-related issues

Customer Service & Communication 💬

  • Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide order status updates and service notifications to clients
  • Coordinate internally with warehouse and admin teams to resolve client issues

Order Management & Inventory 📦

  • Enter, track, and update orders in ERP/WMS systems
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with audits
  • Notify supervisors of shortages or discrepancies

Documentation & Compliance 📑

  • Assist in preparing shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, customs forms)
  • Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with customer requirements

Billing Support 💰

  • Help generate service invoices based on rates
  • Track billing communications and support payment follow-ups

Continuous Improvement 💡

  • Help identify small process improvements for efficiency
  • Assist in collecting data for operational KPI reporting

Additional Tasks as Needed 🛠️

  • Work comfortably in office and warehouse settings
  • Lift objects weighing less than 49 lbs

Qualifications & Skills 🎓🛠️

Education 🎓

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (especially in Business, Logistics, or related fields)

Experience 🚀

  • No prior experience required; willingness to learn is key
  • Experience in logistics, customer service, or order processing is a plus
