BTI Solutions Is Hiring A Korean Bilingual Logistics Operator

Join our team as a Korean Bilingual Logistics Operator and play a pivotal role in managing international and domestic freight operations with efficiency and precision. 🌍🚛

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle freight forwarding operations across air, ocean, and inland modes, both internationally and domestically.
• Oversee import and export documentation and ensure smooth customs clearance procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouses to guarantee accurate cargo receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Arrange and monitor transportation schedules with trucking and shipping carriers.
• Prepare and verify commercial documents such as Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), invoices, and packing lists for compliance and accuracy.
• Handle billing processes by issuing invoices (accounts receivable) and verifying vendor invoices (accounts payable).
• Monitor and analyze profit and loss (P&L) reports to meet margin targets.
• Conduct settlement processes and ensure timely shipment closures.
• Maintain accurate records in internal TMS/ERP systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and management to resolve issues promptly.
• Support problem resolution related to delivery, damage, or loss incidents.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations preferred.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures, customs regulations, and warehouse/transportation coordination.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in high-pressure environments.
