Role: Korean Bilingual - Logistic/SCM Account Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-time with full benefits
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 base (DOE)

📝 Job Summary
Assist the company by responding to client inquiries related to orders and products, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.
📋 Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents such as invoices and PO status reports.
- Manage daily activities and coordinate with key accounts, including account management, building relationships, order collection, sales completion, reporting, and customer communications.
- Provide outstanding customer service and manage orders for assigned key and target accounts.
- Collaborate with account management teams for administrative support.
- Assist in creating reports and sales analysis in partnership with support departments.
- Maintain updated customer account information diligently.
- Oversee inventory stocks, monitor inbound/outbound shipments, and gather promotional orders.
- Track and validate delivery reports, and manage tracking process.
- Use internal systems to process invoices, manage customer accounts, and update profiles in ERP platforms.
- Communicate changes to customers, maintain accurate pricing sheets, and handle RFQ processes.
- Input pricing and SERVEONE information into ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

- Strong communication skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and customer service oriented.
- Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to learn and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual in Korean and English is mandatory.
