Job Summary 🎯

Ensure compliance with import regulations, provide trade compliance expertise, and manage daily Customs operations effectively.

Job Responsibilities 📝

• Collaborate with U.S. Customs to facilitate imports and exports
• Handle import scheduling, related documentation, and weekly import settlements
• Ensure proper regulatory compliance for all international transactions
• Receive POs and manage FOB costs
• Manage shipping plans, HS-CODE classifications, and country of origin details
• Follow up on quality claims and submit verified documents
• Assist with free trade agreements, duty drawback initiatives, internal audits, and transaction reviews as needed
• Communicate with external partners such as forwarders, overseas vendors, customers, carriers, and shipping companies for logistics coordination

Qualifications & Skills ✅

• 1–3 years of experience in import, export, or logistics
• Knowledge of U.S. import regulations, including classification, valuation, free trade agreements, and special import programs (anti-dumping and countervailing cases)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Focus on continuous improvement; strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes
• Attention to detail to ensure compliance with company policies and US import regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
