Top Skills & Qualifications

• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English and Korean (written and verbal) 🇰🇷🇺🇸
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Preferred)
• Experience: 2-4+ years in Accounting, Cost Accounting, Operational Finance, or related fields
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, Basic Macros) 📊
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) 🖥️
  • Exposure to ERP systems and Logistics/TMS/WMS software 🏢
• Other Skills: Problem solving, analytical mindset, ability to meet tight deadlines, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Position Summary

As a key member of our finance team, you will bridge accounting and analysis functions. Your primary responsibilities include owning month-end reporting, variance analysis, supporting external audits, budgeting, and forecasting. Your foundational knowledge of accounting principles will be essential in managing various financial processes with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Asset Accounting & System Management: Manage asset lifecycle in ERP systems, including data, budgeting, and project tracking.
• Asset Depreciation & Capitalization: Ensure accurate processes to maintain reliable financial records.
• IT Cost Management: Track and analyze IT expenses such as software licensing, hardware, and maintenance with monthly accruals and variance analysis.
• Overhead Cost Control: Monitor and analyze corporate overheads; identify drivers of variances.
• Financial Reporting & Close: Assist with month-end processes including accruals, inventory adjustments, and expense reconciliations ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for operational expenses.
