Position Summary 📋
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Korean) Finance Associate to support our insurance portfolio management and credit risk analysis for North America and Latin America. This role involves managing insurance policies, assisting with claims, conducting financial evaluations, and collaborating with internal teams and insurers on complex risk issues. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, solid finance and accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel, and 0–3 years of experience in credit analysis or risk management.
Key Responsibilities
🔒 Insurance Portfolio Management
- Manage insurance portfolios including Trade Credit insurance, Marine Cargo, Property, and Casualty insurance.
- Examine insurance policy documents and advise on risk management solutions to address complex business challenges in collaboration with legal and business teams.
- Prepare and manage insurance claim processes, working closely with insurance companies to reach settlements.
💡 Credit Analysis
- Research and report macroeconomic data of major countries in North and Latin America.
- Conduct due diligence on potential and existing customers by analyzing credit information, financial statements, and payment histories; develop performance models for debtors’ accounts.
- Assess industry risks and business models to identify potential areas of concern.
Qualifications & Skills
- 0–3 years of experience in financial credit analysis or risk management (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of technical finance and accounting concepts.
- Excellent analytical, data gathering, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Excel formulas and functions.
- Self-motivated with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good business acumen.
- Language proficiency in English and Korean is mandatory.

- Salary: $60,000
