Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Perform general office duties including mailing, copying, scheduling, maintaining office equipment, ordering supplies, managing record systems, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other essential documents.
  • Records Handling: File and retrieve corporate documents, reports, and records efficiently.
  • Correspondence Management: Open, sort, and distribute incoming faxes and emails; prepare responses to inquiries.
  • Event & Travel Coordination: Assist in planning events, including scheduling, catering, setup, and breakdown; arrange international and domestic travel itineraries.

Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Korean and English.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, capable of multitasking and providing excellent customer service.
  • Organization & Confidentiality: Ability to keep information organized and confidential at all times.
