We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Data & Logistics Risk Analyst to help a major Korean global enterprise manage logistics risks through insightful data analysis. If you excel at working with operational data and are bilingual in Korean, this opportunity is for you!

Role Summary

Based in Santa Ana, California, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and monitoring logistics risks by leveraging data-driven techniques. You'll work with data from TMS, WMS, ERP, and other systems to uncover meaningful insights, playing a crucial role in risk management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Analyze logistics data from TMS, WMS, ERP, claims systems, etc., to identify risk patterns and anomalies
• 📊 Develop and maintain risk dashboards, KPIs, and early warning indicators
• 🚚 Track trends in losses, damages, delays, and service failures
• 🧮 Support root cause analysis using quantitative data and modeling techniques
• 📝 Prepare regular risk reports and ad-hoc analyses for management review
• 🤝 Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve data quality and system integration
• 🔎 Provide data analysis support for audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments
• 💡 Propose process improvements based on data insights

Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• 🔧 2+ years of hands-on experience in logistics analysis, operations analysis, or supply chain data analysis
• 📈 Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data matching, etc.)
• 💻 Experience with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a strong plus
• 📦 Understanding of TMS/WMS systems and logistics performance metrics
• 📊 Experience handling large datasets and building dashboards
• 🗣️ Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• 🔍 High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• 📝 Must be bilingual in Korean (proficient/native)
