What You'll Do

• Identify, engage, and build partnerships with Italian KOLs, influencers, communities, and trading groups to promote Bitget, boosting user growth and trading volume.
• Develop and manage the Italian KOL ecosystem by sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining long-term relationships with key partners.
• Drive measurable results from the KOL channel, including First Time Traders (FTT) and Trading Volume (TV) generated from the Italian market.
• Plan and execute KOL marketing campaigns, track their performance, and continuously optimize partnerships to maximize ROI.
• Represent Bitget in the local market by participating in offline events, meetups, and industry activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to refine growth strategies effectively.

What You'll Need

• Native or fluent Italian language skills, with professional working proficiency in English.
• 2–5 years of experience in KOL business development, affiliate marketing, trading growth, or similar roles.
• Experience working at a crypto exchange, Web3 company, or fintech platform is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Italian crypto KOL ecosystem, with existing KOL resources being a plus.
• Good knowledge of crypto trading, especially derivatives, and how exchanges operate.
• Ability to drive real trading volume through KOL partnerships, with a clear performance-driven mindset.
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced Web3 environment.
