Join our team as a KOL Partnership Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding Bitget's presence in Italy through strategic influencer collaborations and community engagement.

What You'll Do 🎯

• Identify, engage, and build partnerships with Italian KOLs, influencers, communities, and trading groups to promote Bitget, boosting user growth and trading volume.
• Develop and manage the Italian KOL ecosystem, including sourcing talent, onboarding new partners, and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive measurable results from the KOL channel, focusing on metrics such as First Time Traders (FTT) and Trading Volume (TV) originating from Italy.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns with KOLs, monitor performance, and continually optimize partnerships to maximize ROI.
• Represent Bitget in the local market by participating in offline events, meetups, and industry activities.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and stay updated on industry developments to refine growth strategies.

What You'll Need ✅

• Language proficiency: Native or fluent Italian, with professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience: 2–5 years in KOL business development, affiliate marketing, trading growth, or related roles.
• Industry background: Experience working at a crypto exchange, Web3 company, or fintech platform is highly preferred.
• Market knowledge: Strong understanding of the Italian crypto KOL ecosystem; existing KOL relationships are a plus.
• Crypto familiarity: Good knowledge of crypto trading, especially derivatives, and exchange operations.
• Performance-driven mindset: Ability to generate real trading volume through strategic KOL partnerships.
• Professionalism & agility: Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced Web3 environment.
