What You're Responsible For 🎯
- Review & Enhance Existing Abandoned Cart Flow: Optimize the current setup with improved copy, timing, and conversion strategies.
- Develop Post-Purchase Nurture Flow: Create an educational sequence providing free guides, setup tips, and best practices to help customers maximize reviews—fostering trust and reducing refunds.
- Implement Cross-sell & Upsell Campaigns: Design sequences to introduce additional products like TapStand, TapCard, and GMB optimization services to current customers.
Important: Language Requirements 📝
The entire store operates in Italian. While fluency isn't required, the copy should be in Italian. We can provide the original English draft and use AI translation tools like ChatGPT or Claude. Expertise in DTC copywriting and Klaviyo best practices is essential.
