Salary: $52,000 - $54,080 + monthly commissions

Our state-of-the-art facilities on both coasts offer a wide range of products including slabs, countertops, vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, facade panels, and cut-to-size items. Our West Coast location features the largest selection of pre-fabricated countertops and vanity tops in the country.

Position: Kitchen Sales Designer 🏡

Key Responsibilities ✅

• Prioritize incoming job quotes and generate accurate estimates based on customer designs within 24 hours for smooth sales processes.
• Manage daily schedules to ensure timely customer visits, calls, and communication.
• Engage in cold calling new prospects and re-engaging dormant customers.
• Follow up with customers post-service to accommodate changes, fulfill requests, and address challenges.

Qualifications 🎓

• Minimum of 2+ years in a sales-driven environment with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• At least 3 years of experience using 2020 Design software.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is mandatory; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant math skills.
• Knowledge of construction principles, blueprints, and floor plans.
• Understanding of cabinetry and cabinet installation processes.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer needs.
• Proactive approach to acquiring new customers.

Preference given to candidates with:

• Understanding of construction principles, blueprints, and floor plans.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
