Exciting Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager in North American Retail & Textiles
Join a dynamic team leading sales strategies and retail operations, with a focus on building strong retail partnerships and expanding market presence in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Development: Craft sales strategies aligned with market demand and budget objectives.
- Target Management: Break down team sales targets, ensuring achievement through effective allocation and performance oversight.
- Retail Partnership Relations: Maintain and strengthen relationships with retail giants like Walmart, Sam's Club, and Target.
- New Strategy Implementation: Develop initiatives to boost partner satisfaction, enhance brand image, and expand store coverage in collaboration with business development teams.
- Retail Operations Oversight: Oversee store visit schedules and uphold retail execution standards across all partner locations.
- Channel & Inventory Management: Manage sales, distribution, inventory, and replenishment strategies to maximize efficiency and sales outcomes.
- Product Feedback & Positioning: Collaborate with domestic product teams to refine product features based on customer needs and market insights, improving competitiveness.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with North American marketing teams to adapt campaigns for regional impact and effective execution.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate with multiple departments to address operational challenges swiftly and effectively.
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and evaluate a regional sales operations team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Over 8+ years of experience in North American offline retail operations, with at least 3+ years in senior sales management within core channels (Walmart, Target, Sam's Club, etc.).
- Strong background in the textile industry, including garments, fabrics, and clothing products.
- Preferred experience in consumer products industries such as apparel, home & furniture, outdoor sports, or consumer electronics (e.g., e-bikes, smart locks).
- Deep understanding of retail store operations, merchandising standards, and replenishment processes.
- Proven leadership managing teams of 10+ members, with skills in target setting, performance management, and cross-regional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) (written and spoken) is preferred.
- Ability to operate effectively across U.S. and China time zones and manage international collaborations.
