Role Overview

• Position: Junior Recruiter (German Speaker)
• Location: Remote (Europe-wide)
• Experience Required: 1 year in recruitment consultancy or similar role
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate CVs for junior and senior positions in the Dach area and international markets 📄
• Manage applications and proactively conduct interviews to meet recruitment goals 🎯
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, maintaining close coordination with our sales team 🤝
• Participate in projects to improve internal processes at Luxe Talent 🚀
• Provide constructive feedback, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and clients 😊

Qualifications & Requisitos

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and headhunting
• Passion and knowledge of the fashion and luxury sectors 💼
• Bilingual proficiency in German
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills 🤝
• Autonomy, responsibility, and a goal-oriented mindset 🎯
