About SalesPlaybook
We specialize in helping B2B software companies (10-200 FTEs) operate their marketing and sales processes like a high-performing revenue factory — effective, repeatable, predictable, and efficient.
Key Tasks
- 🚀 TAM Sourcing: Accurately identify total addressable markets (TAM), including accounts and buyer personas based on clear requirements.
- ⚙️ Campaign Operationalization & Monitoring: Design and run campaigns grounded in TAM insights, focusing on signal routing and lead qualification workflows.
- 📊 Performance Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign health, perform A/B testing on messaging, and optimize campaigns based on metrics like open rates, reply rates, meeting rates, and pipeline attribution.
Requirements
- Experience with Clay and outbound tools like Instantly, Lemlist, and Smartlead
- Practical experience in list building with Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and AI Agents
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Perplexity for content personalization and data enrichment
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent English and German communication skills
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of RevOps and GTM strategies
- Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and data hygiene best practices
- Proficiency with automation platforms like Make.com, N8n, Zapier
- Experience with API integrations and webhooks
- Background in B2B SaaS
- Proven builder mindset with side projects or tool development experience
- Experience using intent data platforms and sales intelligence tools
