About the Role
Junior Customer Representative 💼
As a Junior Customer Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them in Polish and English via phone and digital channels. This role is an excellent entry point into an international financial environment, offering valuable experience and development within a structured organization.
What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality support for banking and card-related inquiries 😊
- Handle incoming calls and written requests from customers in Polish and English 📞✉️
- Resolve customer issues during the first contact whenever possible ✅
- Assist with account-related questions, payments, billing, and card services 💳
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed 🔄
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems 🗂️
- Build positive, professional relationships with customers 🤝
What We Are Looking For
- Very good command of Polish (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken 🗣️
- Secondary education (high school diploma); students and graduates are welcome 🎓
- Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn 🌟
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 💬
- Basic computer skills (MS Office and system navigation) 💻
- Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines ⏱️

- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or banking 📈
