About the Role 🌟

The Junior Customer Representative is your gateway to starting a rewarding career in an international financial environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them in Polish and English through phone and digital channels. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain customer service experience, advance your skills, and grow within a structured organization.

What You Will Do ✅

  • Provide high-quality support for banking and card-related inquiries
  • Handle incoming calls and digital requests in Polish and English
  • Resolve customer issues during the first contact whenever possible
  • Assist customers with account questions, payments, billing, and card services
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Build positive and professional relationships with customers

What We Are Looking For 🔍

  • Very good command of Polish (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken
  • Secondary education (high school diploma); students and graduates are welcome
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office and navigating systems)
  • Ability to adhere to procedures and meet deadlines

Nice to Have ⭐

  • Experience in customer service, call centers, or banking
  • Interest in financial products and customer support
