About the Role: Junior Customer Representative ⭐
As a Junior Customer Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them via phone and digital channels in Polish and English. This role offers an exciting entry into the global financial sector, helping you gain valuable customer service experience and grow within a structured organization.
What You Will Do 🔍
- Provide high-quality support for banking and card-related inquiries
- Handle incoming calls and written requests in Polish and English
- Resolve customer issues during the first contact whenever possible
- Assist with account questions, payments, billing, and card services
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
- Build positive, professional relationships with customers
What We Are Looking For 🎯
- Very good command of Polish (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken
- Secondary education (high school diploma); students and graduates are welcome
- Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, navigation of systems)
- Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
