About the Role

As a Junior Customer Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them in Polish and English through phone and digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in international finance, gain customer service experience, and develop your skills within a structured organization.

What You Will Do

  • Provide high-quality support for banking and card-related inquiries 💳
  • Handle incoming calls and written requests in Polish and English 📞✉️
  • Resolve customer issues during first contact when possible ✅
  • Assist with account questions, payments, billing, and card services 💼
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary 🚧
  • Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems 📝
  • Build positive, professional customer relationships 🤝

What We Are Looking For

  • Very good command of Polish (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken
  • Secondary education (high school diploma) — students and graduates welcome 🎓
  • Customer-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office and navigating systems)
  • Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or banking
  • Interest in financial products and support services
