Position: Junior Account Manager

🔑 As a Junior Account Manager, you will be crucial in maintaining and expanding our client relationships while strengthening our position in the local market. This role is fully remote and open to candidates residing in Europe who are fluent in French.

Job Responsibilities

• Expand & Consolidate: Strengthen our presence in the assigned territory
• Sales Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
• Partner Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners (tour operators, agencies, OTAs, TMCs) to enhance their performance
• Team Collaboration: Work with sales to identify and grow new opportunities within the territory
• Partner Support: Conduct system training and follow-ups with existing and new partners
• Brand Positioning: Promote our products through presentations and networking at industry events
• Issue Resolution: Address incidents and ensure partner support
• Payments Oversight: Monitor and ensure transaction accuracy
• Business Trips: Spend approximately 20% of your time traveling for meetings, industry events, and visits
• Market Analysis: Provide insights on market trends and the competitive landscape
• Reporting: Deliver comprehensive reports via CRM and internal systems
• API Development: Maximize deals with existing and potential partners through API integrations

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Personal Skills: Proactive, ambitious, motivated, result-driven, tech-savvy, adaptable to fast-changing environments, team-oriented
• Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-making, comfortable with metrics and numbers
• International Mindset: Ability to work across diverse cultural contexts reflecting ETG's global scope
• Language Skills: Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel up to 20% of working time
