RateHawk Is Hiring A Junior Account Manager
Join our dynamic team as a Junior Account Manager Italy at RateHawk, where you'll play a key role in expanding our presence in Italy and shaping the future of the travel industry! 🌍✈️
Job Responsibilities
- Expand and strengthen our presence in the assigned territory
- Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners such as tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs to improve their performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and cultivate new opportunities within the region
- Follow-up with existing and new partners by providing system training and support
- Position the brand within the travel trade through ongoing product presentations and networking events
- Address incident issues to ensure partner support
- Oversee payments to ensure transaction accuracy and control
- Travel approximately X% of your working time for client meetings, industry events, and other business activities ✈️
- Provide market & competitive analysis to inform business strategies
- Deliver regular reports through CRM and internal systems
- Maximize and develop API deals with potential and existing partners
Candidate Profile
Experience & Industry Knowledge
- Relevant experience, ideally 1 year or more in the travel industry
- Strong understanding of Italy’s travel market
- Specialized in account management or business development within B2B travel companies

- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel for market visits, approximately 20–30% of working hours 🧳
