RateHawk Is Hiring A Junior Account Manager

Join our dynamic team as a Junior Account Manager Italy at RateHawk, where you'll play a key role in expanding our presence in Italy and shaping the future of the travel industry! 🌍✈️

Job Responsibilities

  • Expand and strengthen our presence in the assigned territory
  • Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners such as tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs to improve their performance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and cultivate new opportunities within the region
  • Follow-up with existing and new partners by providing system training and support
  • Position the brand within the travel trade through ongoing product presentations and networking events
  • Address incident issues to ensure partner support
  • Oversee payments to ensure transaction accuracy and control
  • Travel approximately X% of your working time for client meetings, industry events, and other business activities ✈️
  • Provide market & competitive analysis to inform business strategies
  • Deliver regular reports through CRM and internal systems
  • Maximize and develop API deals with potential and existing partners

Candidate Profile

Experience & Industry Knowledge

  • Relevant experience, ideally 1 year or more in the travel industry
  • Strong understanding of Italy’s travel market
  • Specialized in account management or business development within B2B travel companies

  • Proactive, ambitious, motivated, and results-focused
  • Enthusiastic about innovative technology
  • Comfortable in a fast-changing business environment
  • A team player and collaborative thinker

Language & Mobility

  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel for market visits, approximately 20–30% of working hours 🧳
