Exciting Entry-Level IT Project Coordinator Opportunity 🚀

Join a dynamic team as an IT Project Coordinator with a focus on project management, communication, and coordination within an enterprise IT environment. Bilingual Korean/English skills are preferred to enhance collaboration.

Company Overview

  • Contract Period: 1 year on-site
  • Pay Rate: $5,582/month DOE
  • Location: On-site
  • Language Preference: Korean bilingual preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Oversee project tasks, assist with ad-hoc projects, coordinate, track, and schedule activities.
  • Documentation & Reports: Generate project scope, objectives, requirements, schedules, status reports, and charts to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Communication: Draft clear and concise communications for project updates and stakeholder engagement.
  • Planning & Meetings: Define project scope, deliverables, and stakeholder roles for infrastructure projects; schedule and lead project meetings.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist with short-term tactical and long-term strategic project planning.
  • Status Updates: Prepare and distribute project status reports, including updates for executive sponsors.
  • Budget & Assets: Collaborate with management and finance to manage project budgets and procure infrastructure assets.
  • Milestones & Tracking: Develop project milestones, schedules, monitor costs, and document progress, issues, and risks.
  • Vendor & Resource Coordination: Work with vendors, contracts, and internal IT teams to define project scope and technical requirements.
  • Schedule & Deadline Management: Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to approximately 25%.
  • Bilingual Skills: Korean/English preferred.
