About the Role

We are seeking a Tech Lead / Software Architect to join our development team and drive our quest for technical excellence and continuous innovation.

Responsibilities:

• 💡 Lead a development team, providing technical guidance and inspiring leadership
• 🚀 Drive the adoption of CI&T's new development model, deeply integrated with AI and Flow
• 📊 Promote the monitoring of metrics to assess the engineering team's maturity
• 🎯 Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• 📝 Manage the backlog generation, ensuring value delivery to the business
• 🛠 Design, develop, and implement technical solutions, ensuring system quality and scalability
• 🔍 Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best engineering practices
• 🌱 Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team

Requirements:

• 🌟 Experience as a focal point for client interaction
• 🗣 Clear and objective communication, bridging technical and business layers
• 🖥 Proficiency in Java development with Spring Boot, with significant experience in web applications and RESTful services
• 🌐 Knowledge of React and web development
• ☁ Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure)
• 🤝 Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• 📈 Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
