About the Position

• Company: Kraithong LLC d.b.a. Thai Pepper Restaurant
• Position Title: Japanese/Sushi Specialty Cook
• Location: In person at our restaurant in Warner Robins, GA

Responsibilities

• 🍣 Create a variety of sushi and Japanese dishes for our menu
• Oversee and lead the sushi section, maintaining high standards of quality
• Prepare and cook authentic sushi and Japanese cuisine using advanced culinary techniques
• Design and carve fruits and vegetables for presentation and decoration
• Train line cooks in sushi preparation and Japanese culinary arts
• Inspect raw and cooked food products to ensure quality standards are met
• Verify the quality and quantity of received ingredients
• Determine food presentation standards and create attractive displays
• Ensure compliance with sanitary and food safety regulations
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, quality control, and safety in the workplace
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $32,000 – $35,500 per year
Hourly Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Qualifications
