• Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships to support the ministry's mission.
• Research and understand the needs of Japanese international students to tailor effective outreach efforts.
• Mentor students and recruit/train volunteers for campus ministry teams, fostering a community of faith and support.

🎓 Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• At least three years of experience living in Japan or working directly with Japanese international students
• Adherence to the organization's statement of faith and core values
• Demonstrated commitment to sharing faith in personal relationships
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
