Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships to support the ministry 🤝
• Research and understand the needs of Japanese international students 🧠
• Mentor students and recruit/train volunteers for campus ministry teams 🎓

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree 🎓
• At least three years of experience living in Japan or serving Japanese international students 🌏
• Adherence to the organization's statement of faith and core values ✝️
• Demonstrated commitment to sharing faith in personal relationships 🤝
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications 💻
