Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships to sustain our ministry efforts.
• Research and understand the needs of Japanese international students to tailor effective support strategies.
• Mentor students and recruit/train volunteers for campus ministry teams, fostering a community of support and growth.

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least three years of experience living in Japan or actively serving Japanese international students.
• Adherence to the organization’s statement of faith and core values.
• Demonstrated commitment to sharing faith in personal relationships.
• Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications.
