🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Provide at least five hours of tutoring per week in Japanese to support students' language proficiency.
• Attend Tutor Meetings and Training Sessions, ensuring continuous professional development.
• Maintain communication with the Tutoring Coordinator and Assistant Director of Administration.
• Assist in departmental cultural activities and facilitate weekly conversation sessions.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Advanced or near-native fluency in Japanese.
• Intermediate-to-high proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience in the target language (preferred).
• Graduate or advanced undergraduate student status (preferred).
• Familiarity with language teaching or pedagogy (preferred).
